100 Mile Menus

A peck of purple peppers

It’s 100 mile week, which means that we are challenging ourselves to cook all of our Fresh Meals this week using ingredients that we are sourcing from growers and producers within a 100 mile radius of our store.    Our featured suppliers this week include:

  • chicken from Ferm aux Saveurs des Monts
  • vegetables from Jambican Studio Farms
  • mushrooms from Le Coprin in Farrelton
  • bison from Takwanaw Farm
  • artisanal breads from True Loaf Bakery

…..and much more

Bushels of fresh vegetables are arriving each day and it’s all lovely!
