Join Jennifer & Jo-Ann at the Urban Element for an evening of food and good company. Finding fresh, local ingredients in March is a challenge but we have still managed to create a menu that relies heavily on ingredients that are indigenous to our region. Taking inspiration from our Native People we will enjoy a meal that features wild boar, white beans, smoked char, Bison, winter squash, chestnuts and cranberries. Our meal will profile some of our favourite suppliers including Le Coprin, Takwânaw Bison, and Upper Canada Cranberries.
We look forward to cooking for you in their beautiful kitchen. For information or to register, visit the Urban Element site.
