Pairings for your Holiday Turkey Dinner:
- Chardonnay – crisp acidity, mineral undertones, and fruit-forward nature bring out the best that turkey has to offer. Try a bottle of the award winning Wending Home Chardonnay, 2020
- Pinot Noir – food friendly and classic fall flavours, we recommend a bottle of Bachelder Les Villages N.O.T.L Pinot Noir, 2021
- Viognier – juicy stone fruit flavours and floral, honeyed undertones are ideal with tender turkey meat, try the Wending Home Viognier, 2021 or Divergence Viognier, 2021.
