Therianthropy
Therianthropy is a winery project located in the emerging winegrowing region of Creemore Hills, Ontario, and was founded by a group of wine-loving humans who are passionate about cool climate winemaking. Their winemaking approach encompasses the use of organically farmed site-specific fruit, wild fermentations, low intervention, low to zero sulphite additions, no flavour or colour manipulation and no fining or filtering. Their wines are unique, interesting, and fun to drink!
Paradise Grapevine
Wine made in Toronto. Working with farmers across the Niagara Peninsula, we make our own wines on-site at the first and only of its kind winery in Toronto. Naturally fermented, low intervention, each bottle is a reflection of the vintage. Enjoy expressive, experimental and highly ‘gluggable’ wines.
Bachelder
This Niagara winery makes wines from local terroirs, using “wild” (indigenous) yeasts, and grapes from older vineyard parcels when they can find them. They encourage low-impact viticulture – especially organics – wherever possible. Everything goes to barrels for long ageing and development – barrels carefully chosen for their “transparency” and ability to help express terroir.
Fogolar Wines
The small-lot wines of Fogolar strive to showcase and celebrate the hard work and skill of their grape growers and the extraordinary potential of wines in Ontario, all while being shared with the people you love. Fogolar offers a portfolio of ultra small-batch VQA wines that are true to vineyard, varietal, and vintage.

This Beamsville property was planted in 2003, and the original winery building was constructed in 2005. Rosewood opened its cellar door and bottle shop in 2008, and have been following their dreams ever since.
Wending Home
Wending: Travelling slowly, indirectly, yet purposefully. That’s how they make their wines. Veteran winemaker Ron Giesbrecht and partner Huaying Feng invite you to share both traditional varietals and uncommonly delicious blends. The added meaning of “Wending”, in Cantonese: Wen 問 ding 鼎, “to aspire to be the best”, manifested in every wine.
