Wine Suggestions

  • Chardonnay – crisp acidity, mineral undertones, and fruit-forward nature bring out the best that turkey has to offer. Try a bottle of the award winning Malivoire Small Lot Chardonnay ($32.65 + tax)
  • Pinot Noir – food friendly and classic fall flavours, we recommend a bottle of Bachelder Parfum de Niagara Pinot Noir ($32.95)
  • Gamay – the high acid and low tannins and juicy mouthfeel make Gamay and Turkey best of pairings, enjoy a bottle of Divergence Gamay Noir, ’23 ($36.55 + tax)
  • Cabernet Franc – the dark fruit flavours of Cabernet Franc compliment Roast Turkey and Savoury Stuffing, enjoy a bottle of Fogolar Cabernet France, ’21 ($25.95 + tax)
  • Red Blends –  enjoy the dark fruit flavours of a Cab Franc combined with the juicy mouthfeel of a Gamay with a bottle or two of the Malivoire Demo Series – Analog ($41.45 + tax)
  • Bubbles – add a bit of extra pop to your meal with a bottle or two of the Paradise Grapevine Limousine ($39.45 +tax)
