- Chardonnay – crisp acidity, mineral undertones, and fruit-forward nature bring out the best that turkey has to offer. Try a bottle of the award winning Featherstone Unoaked Chardonnay ($21.50 +tax) or Therianthropy Bonnie Vivant Chardonnay ($42.00 + tax)
- Pinot Noir – food friendly and classic fall flavours, we recommend a bottle of Bachelder Parfum de Niagara Pinot Noir ($32.95 + tax)
- Gamay – the high acid and low tannins and juicy mouthfeel make Gamay and Turkey best of pairings, enjoy a bottle of Divergence Gamay Noir ($36.55 + tax)
- Riesling – the high acidity and fruit notes cut through the rich, savory Smoked Ham, enjoy a bottle of Fogolar Riesling ($19.50 +tax)
- Bubbles – add a bit of extra pop to your meal with a bottle or two of the Southbrook Triomphe Sparkling ($39 +tax) or Paradise Grapdevine Lambo Russo Secco ($38.15 + tax)
